Description
This Performance Work Statement describes remanufacture services for C-5 Galaxy aircraft hydraulic winches (NSN 1680-01-216-4525UC, PN 42420-4). The contractor must inspect, functionally test, and remanufacture hydraulic winch units to OEM acceptance test procedures, delivering serviceable assets to maintain C-5 fleet mission capability with 95% initial inspection pass rate and no more than one PQDR/QDR per 12-month period.
