This is for a renovation of approximately 10,000 square feet of space to support Curriculum and Con-Ed programs in the Design Building. The structure is a masonry building with carpet, finished concrete, acoustic ceilings and gypsum walls. The scope will consist of removing interior walls and ceilings in the southern section of the building. Garage doors will be added with an elevated loading/unloading area. This renovation will allow programs to have space for the storage of lab equipment, material and trainers. Work will include interior demolition of walls, ceiling, ductwork and lighting. New work will include floors, doors, lighting, walls, and exterior loading zone.
