NYC Parks M/WBE-Only Site Work Construction PQL

The New York City (the City) Department of Parks and Recreation (Parks or the Agency) is establishing a pre-qualified list (PQL) of general contractors for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, necessary and required to perform general construction site work on NYC parklands. This PQL will be limited to firms who have been certified as Minority/ Women Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) by the Citys Department of Small Business Services (SBS). The estimated construction cost for these projects is up to $3,000,000.00.
