New Building Projects - General construction

The New York City (the City) Department of Parks and Recreation (Parks or the Agency) is in the process of establishing a pre-qualified list (PQL) of general contractors for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, necessary and required to perform general construction work for the construction of new buildings (New Buildings) on NYC parklands.
