Small Building Projects - GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

The New York City (the City) Department of Parks and Recreation (Parks or the Agency) is in the process of establishing a pre-qualified list (PQL) of general contractors for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, necessary and required to perform general construction work for reconstruction of small building projects located at Parks properties with a building footprint of less than 1,000 square feet (Small Buildings).
