Description
Florida Department of Children and Families seeks a custodial services contractor to provide nightly cleaning (7 PM–5 AM, Mon–Fri) and daytime porter support (8 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri) at the Roberts Building Northeast Region Headquarters in Tallahassee to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
The State of Florida, Department of Children and Families (Department), issues this Solicitation to select a Respondent(s) to provide custodial services for the Roberts Building (Northeast Region Headquarters) to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for staff and visitors. Services include nightly cleaning (primarily 7:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m., Monday–Friday) and daytime porter support (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday), with full staffing and coverage requirements as detailed in the Purchase Order Scope of Work (PMT-57).
