Third Party Administration of Group Vision Insurance Plan

The State of Iowa, through the Department of Administrative Services, is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide a fully insured, voluntary group vision insurance plan and related administrative services for eligible employees, retirees, and their eligible dependents. Coverage is expected to become effective January 1, 2027, with open enrollment for the 2027 plan year taking place in October 2026.
