Brooklyn Bridge Park  334 Furman St. General Construction Services RFP

Brooklyn Bridge Park is an eighty-five (85) acre waterfront in Brooklyn, NY. The 334 Furman Street renovation project consists of new office space for the Parks Admin Team as well as a state of the art public Education Center. The program includes approximately 21,000 RSF across three levels. The first floor includes the education center, with the main building entrance and a new interconnecting stair, new elevator, interactive learning spaces, classrooms, family restrooms, and support spaces. The second and third floors are programmed for the workspace, and include program elements such as open work area, private offices, small to large conference rooms, work café, open collaboration, wellness room and gender-neutral restrooms. The project renovation will include significant base building upgrades, including building systems, a new sprinkler system, HVAC, renovated windows, roof and building access.
