FY26 Type III Movable Barricades

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified organizations to provide Type III Movable Barricades on an as needed, if needed basis to the Missouri Highways and Transportation (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein. The contract period will be from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029, with two (2) optional one year renewal periods. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS MOVERS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If you intend to submit a hard copy bid, you must notify the buyer of record, Ashten Lorts, five (5) days before the solicitation closing date. MoDOT will not accept any bid responses by email.
