Bidder must bid brand name and number as described, substitutions will NOT be considered. MUST BE AUTHORIZED RESELLER/PARTNER TO SUBMIT BID. YOU MUST LOGIN TO VIEW THE DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS. Responses from unauthorized resellers will not be accepted by City of Bakersfield. Grey market products will not be accepted. Please be prepared to provide a letter from OEM and on OEM letterhead confirming that you are an authorized reseller. All equipment offered in the Vendor's response must be OEM, products. All equipment must be delivered to City of Bakersfield with new components only, not refurbished, used or recycled components. Detailed specifications are available under the line items tab. Other Details This is an online electronic bid only; paper copies will not be accepted. Interested bidders must view project line items and submit bid prices electronically through Planet Bids. All pricing provided by suppliers may be compared to contracts or bids issued by other governmental entities, including the State of California , if any such contracts or bids exist for the product(s) specified herein. The City reserves the right to purchase from such contracts or bids, if any, in the event the pricing and/or terms better serve the interests of the City. Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to unit prices upon award, do not include sales tax in line items. Bidder must include any shipping or delivery charges in line item for inside delivery. Loading dock and forklift are not available at the delivery location: 1501 Truxtun Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93301.
