Award, if any, resulting from this Invitation to Bid, shall be for three (3) years with two (2) additional one (1) year renewal periods exercised solely at the City’s option and upon mutually agreeable terms. One (1) original and one (1) copy of the Bid, pages 36-48, are due on or before 11:00 a.m., February 24, 2026.
