STATEWIDE RESPONSE TEAM VEHICLE EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION

The Department of Financial Services, having received less than two responsive sealed proposals in relation to the Request for Proposals (RFP) Statewide Response Team Vehicle Equipment Installation, states its intent to withdraw 2526-04 RFP CI. The Department received a non-responsive response from Next Level Tampa, LLC. Pursuant to section 287.057(6), Florida Statutes, this is the final posting by the Department on the DMS Vendor Information Portal regarding this RFP. The Department also states its intent to negotiate the purchase of these services pursuant to section 287.057(6), Florida Statutes, in lieu of re-soliciting competitive sealed proposals. Specifically, the Department will proceed with negotiations with interested parties. This is not a selection under 2526-04 RFP CI, which is withdrawn by this notice. This is a notice of an exceptional purchase after receipt of less than two responsive proposals, per section 287.057(6), Florida Statutes. This purchase is exempted by law from the requirements for competitive procurement. FAILURE TO FILE A PROTEST WITHIN THE TIME PRESCRIBED IN SECTION 120.57(3), FLORIDA STATUTES, OR FAILURE TO POST THE BOND OR OTHER SECURITY REQUIRED BY LAW WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED FOR FILING A BOND SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF PROCEEDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 120, FLORIDA STATUTES.
