DYCD is seeking qualified vendors to implement Learn & Earn, one of DYCDs federally-funded Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs for in-school youth in New York City. Through this RFP, DYCD aims to fund integrated and holistic program models that will strengthen New York Citys (City) workforce development system and help young people gain the support, educational credentials and skills needed to succeed in todays economy.
