What to expect

Public Event search is somewhat limited — Jaggaer's public portal is functional but less polished than agency-specific procurement systems. Each customer organization's portal is separate. Bid submission is electronic.

Tips

  • Jaggaer opportunities are sometimes also posted on the state's main procurement portal — check both.
  • The public bid search interface returns broad results; filter by category aggressively.
  • Customer organizations vary in how much detail they include in the public-facing portal — some require login to see full RFP documents.
