Electronic bids shall be submitted through the CITY’s electronic bid management system, PlanetBids (PB™). It is the responsibility of the Bidder to submit their bid with sufficient time to be received by PlanetBids (PB™) prior to the bid due date and time. The receiving deadline is absolute. The intent and purpose of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to establish contractual price agreements (labor and materials) for quarterly maintenance and repair for Estey Municipal Organ, circa 1927. Contractors must be licensed to do business in the State of California and qualified to provide the necessary services stated herein. • CONTRACTOR shall provide quarterly, and as-needed service to the Estey Municipal Organ located at the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium. Other Details It is understood that except as otherwise specifically stated in the contract, the CONTRACTOR shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever, necessary to execute, complete and deliver the work within the specified time, including City of Sacramento Business Operations Tax Certificate.
