Description

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking nutrition consulting services from a vendor who can provide sponsorship for a seafood promotion campaign with Walmart. Vendors should have experience in public health nutrition or marketing.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A BID OR PROPOSAL This notice is provided in accordance with statutory requirements for a 15-business-day advertisement of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ intent to enter into a single source agreement. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to enter into an agreement with Seafood Nutrition Partnership to procure Sponsorship for the Walmart - Seafood Nutrition Partnership "Fall In Love With Seafood" campaign. Prospective Vendors who believe they can provide these commodities, or contractual services shall provide relevant information to the contact person listed on this advertisement no later than August 11, 2026. For additional details regarding the commodities and/or contractual services to be procured, please refer to the attached PUR 7776.
