ArcGIS software licenses, support, maintenance, and webhosting

Agency Decision THIS IS NOT A BID. The Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology, and the Division of State Fire Marshal intends to enter into an agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc.  Based on the advertising process, no prospective vendor was able to provide the required software and services. Therefore, the Department intends to award the contract to Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Contract Award will commence on July 28, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. (ET) and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekend until July 31, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. (ET).  Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57 (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
