Other Details The Contractor, and/or subcontractors performing Telecommunications contractor tasks, such as installation of fiber optic cabling and termination/splicing of fiber optic cabling shall also have a current and active Class C7 – Telecommunications Contractor License issued by the CCSLB at the time of the bid submittal and throughout the construction period. The Contractor shall include the license numbers, names of licensees, and any cited violations and violation investigations by the CCSLB within three years prior to the date of the bid submittal in the bid proposal.
